ResearchLatino is a webapp designed specifically for pay-per-minute consultancy. One of the features that stand out from the other apps we have built is the pay-per-minute functionality, where users are charged based on a minute basis receiving consultations from the experts. Add-on features like first 10 minutes free and discounted rates are also built into the system.
